I am a KZL investor and I'm actually thinking about buying into WSA once the dust settles. Lounge Lizard is a quality asset they are buying for a good price. Expensive would have been 120 million plus. If they really get it for 80-60 million, then they have got a quality asset with exploration upside. It's also good for KZL as it will boost cash and focus and they get back what they put in i.e. 60 mill to date. I calculated the IGV at 2.4 billion some time ago. It's a good deal all round.
