Sorry Ellroy IVR you need to keep an eye on chart when price so hi and close to previous R. It always seems to fail the first time to break thru. My trainer called it First try First Fail. Doesn't mean it wont do it eventually, however as a trader you can always buy back lower and make more on the next run. Its good use of funds
