I don't think you purchased ten years ago - the SP didn't start to hit $4 until 04/05 - it was sub $1 prior to 03. It started to increase when they started to work out what to do with all the gas they had - original plan was to pipe it all the way to Aus - didn't get off the ground so now they are close to doing it all in PNG which should be much more profitable.
