your views re the Top 40 I am afraid are as flawed as KIWI's.

The Top 40 holders have had numerous opportunities to bail out when the stock was not in suspension over the past two years. They have not abandoned the ship.In fact we have had new entrants. Wonder why?

If you were to say that they would want out at a profit and not a loss I would agree.The opportunty to exit at a profit has not existed for many months.

This week saw a recent Top 20 holder enter and exit with 1.6m shares within a short period of time. She had no trouble finding a buyer. Genorah also had no trouble in reducing their holdings by some 5m shares. All this is fact.


Regarding all other points you make re NKP's implied value, lack of JV partners coming foward etc I cannot disagree. Its been a very disappointing anti climax from what many of us expected after receiving the Mining Rights.

I have said it many times that unless NKP announces a JV partner and finance details it cannot move forward. The dispute with Anglo/ARM further muddies the waters.

I cannot understand why Maredi is negotiating and offering the H farm? ARM wants the lot. Is that not clear after a year of futile talks?

I believe that NKP will succeed but can understand everyone's doubts.
