Yeah the Dow and S & P are volatile too. Suggesting that the reason for the cap raise is to capitalise on high oil prices suggests you know nothing. It doesnt have any thing to do with the fact that SP has risen ~%400 in a couple of months and current rig and production numbers are not high enough to efficiently and effectively extract proven reserves??
