It should not make a difference who buys the shares ,shoild it? Convenience?maybe.
NTU need not LYC to progress , there are alternative means to process or sell the ore.
I think it is more LYC that needs NTU than other way round.
It is not how much HREE one got ,but the concentrate of specific HREE that counts.
So far the NTU management kept us well informed compared to that of LYC.
