Well pasqual,unfortunately for you the body that decides whether companies are insolvent or not obviously do not share your opinion do they.
Do you think the ASX would allow a company to continue to trade if this was the case.
You say you are well versed in company financials perhaps you should extend your education in what the ASX looks for in the companies that do trade on the stock exchange.
With all due respect your opinion in this matter does not carry much weight.
Because the last time I looked GCN were infact trading on the exchange.
