You're assuming 100% conversion from inferred to measured/indicated. Inferred is lowest level of resource confidence.
Excluding current high grade I would think this number resource number will drop by 30-40% in converting to indicated/measured.
Of course if high grade zone is a large volume then increase in market cap to CDUs may well be justified.
