Let me get this right. You are saying that by issuing more shares of HAV to existing CUY shareholders this dilutes % of hostile HAV shareholders such as Glencore?
I guess that does that but this could also be done by issuing the 20 million shares they have up there sleeve.
Lets not forget that if Directors don't get 75% approval on the next Remuneration Report then that puts the cat amongst the pigeons. Glencore voted against it before and if they convert options then it gets interesting.
Its all getting a little interesting and i like the way you think !
