Anyone concerned about La Jolla should just read the recent EDE post as well as DYE post on Springtree and Bergen...it hasnt ended well for any of those companies.
DYE down over 80% since springtree got invloved..
Good luck all...I dont know why Managment get involved with any of these companies given their obvious ability to destroy shareholder wealth.
If you look at the Springtree experiment with DYE, they have now cancleed this arrangment and finally gone to Shareholders to raise cash...why this isnt the first avenue rather than the last is an odd decision in my mind.
Particulalry given AEB young age and recent successes and short time to market ...one would think shareholders would want to continue to participate..
