    Absa,

When you say you're not sure they will ever relist, I assume you are more inclined to think they won't. If so, are you thinking that RMB will most likely call for an immediate winding-up order? Or are you thinking they'll okay continued production for now but that the company will stay frozen voluntarily? I feel that RMB have nothing to lose and more to gain in the short term by monetizing ore that can be easily accessed, before waiting to see how the situation is a couple of months down the track. If they do indeed agree to this then it begs the question as to whether BSM would try to hold the suspension in place. I don't know how these things work but I presume ASIC would view this as unlawful practice for a publically listed company. Of course the company could keep pushing the decision date back, as seemed to be the case last year when a few weeks suspension turned into months. The only reason I could see for this, though, is to keep an artificially 'high' (Ha!Ha!) market cap figure appearing next to the company's name (why?). Obviously it will be slashed far lower if and when relisting occurs and the company may think such an event could harm their negotiating power (Ha!Ha! again - what power?).

The opinion of anyone else with greater knowledge than I would be greatly appreciated.
