I wouldn't laugh malaga, if the Iron Ore/Resources Party stops over here in the West, Perth will turn into the ghost town that it was in the early 90's, I believe back in those days Perth trailed the nations house prices much like tasmania as their was no big industry/dollars to chase? If that happens, I'm not saying it will, but its a risk that needs to be considered just like any investment risk, a 240k median in 2022 can't be ruled out.
