I really believe that the answer to your questions need expert advice or better still INSIDER information .So i won t attempt to answer.
If Lynas retailer had more or "insider" information like i suspect the substantial"manipulators have. Then ther would be more happy faces.EVEN if for one reason or other things did not go to schedule because of "workmanshipin the building"
The substantial holders are sitting quietly waiting. SO AM I .
I think Best to treat NTU seperate from LYC . BOth similar but the problems or needs ar very different.
One Advantage of NTU that i see ,is that they are not being CONTROLLED, and so far financial no major proble.
