Goodluck with your son. I fought in court and it is considered fair to get 50% shared custody unless there are drug/voilence/caring issues. I got 50% and hope you do. I am now waiting for PRR to run so that I get my hard earned money back, including the share losses, lawyers fees and my home I had to sell although I had purchased it on my own, many years before the marriage. PRR needs to go well over $1 for that, and I am sure it will happen so that justice prevails.
