All good questions, I suspect a balance between getting it away, making it attractive, not selling them too cheaply, and accomplishing what needs to be done cleanly. It would be very interesting to know exactly how they arrive at the set price. I'm certain they do not just pick a figure out of a hat. Good questions, though PA.
