Sounds like you need to do a little more research on this company, maybe you haven't been in for that long. It will help yor sweating,quivering finger to steady itself when the big dance begins if you realize how far this company has come in 4 years.
I take on board what you say but if you can't get it together ...you may stumble. I can understand if you want to tell me where to get off but if it causes you that much anxiety maybe this dance is not for you.
