I sold half my UXA last week but holding half...I am glad they are doing a SPP,,,I much rather the SH gets the cheap shares than la Jolla getting cheap shares and selling on market...

I have seen this a few times before and it sometimes has a very positive effect on SP...most of us hate convertible notes,,,the quicker la Jolla sells their shares and is completely out the picture the better IMO..all they do is drag the SP down...

Having said that we will need good news in the next 4 weeks from dome 5 or straits in order to get plave the full share offer BUT if we do get some good results, goodbye one cents,,,Shareholders can all load up at 7.3 cents and we will all be smiling all the way to bank IMO...

this is a specky but I am glad the company is going this route personally.I am expecting it to hold firm at .007/.008
