If the JV is in fact for Andewa then I hope the deal also includes Mt Schrader both with similar or better conditions than the JV's with Ok Tedi.
My preferred JV partner would be Newcrest but do not discount BHP who announced last year that they were seeking reentry to PNG.
It would be better to have an Aussie listed Company with us as they would fall under the listing requirements of the ASX for reporting etc. thus avoiding the way we are being treated by Ok Tedi in this regard.
