    Hi CK,

It seems the deal with Timeone was in their favour when struck. One would assume if that is the case then PLV's bargaining power at the time of the deal was marginal. If it was better than marginal they would have reached a deal that was "fair and reasonable"?

I remember there was mention when a delay was raised for the MOU that 'hurt money' was bantered around. I note no such comments around Timeones delays again this highlights who is wearing the pants IMO.

I note Buddy made the comment that delay relating to funding...."By the way, if I understood that part well, the reason for the Timeone delay in the payment, was due to the fact that one of the investor there, had to pull out for some personal reasons. DYOR."....If true its scary to think an individuals personal issues will determine the timing of funding and if this is the case we are in serious trouble!

Timeone would not be stupid and now realise they hold all the cards and if they do choose they can sweat us for funds and erode the SP. Ok so they will see their $30m cut to $15/$10m but they then could come over the top and make a play for the whole thing. I base this comment on my assumption that no real fall back option is available after Timeone so if they do not buddy up with us then what next – hope i am wrong.

I think it is unfair to say Tony has lost control as we just dont know but i think its more appropriate to say he does not have the controlling power in this deal at this time which is a worry and showing in the SP.

My main concern is the SP. I know we need to have a long term focus but we look headed for the teens at the current rate of decline and when is it a concern for an optimist 10c, 5c, 1c? The only thing that will stop this is Timeone to confirm funding in APRIL not MAY or any other extended date. That means we have a month of unknown and this seems to be the SP killer. May be a statement is needed offering some reassurance or explanation around the funding delay?

All i know if funding is not confirmed by April and we will be on our knees IMO. I think this stock has moved into the very high risk category and the uncertainty around funding underpins this assumption IMO. Lets hope i along with others are paranoid and the funding delay is no major issue and we see funds in April and some stability returned as that is what we seem to be lacking at the moment stability.
