i believe the IPO for Alto Energy have been canceled.

they are no longer proceeding with it..

couldn't raise the funds

i'm not aware of any fallout between D.W & C.M

Are you aware that DW just resigned his directorship from Alto Energy, the new company headed by Charles Morgan.

The timing of the resignation is somewhat strange given that Alto is about to be listed on the ASX.

I wonder if Dave and Charlie have had a fall out. You do remember that Charlie resigned Chairman from NDO at a time when the share price was very, very, vulnerable.

My only concern now is if they have had a fall-out and Charlie decides to dump his shares in NDO.
