McBombers, Tony always maintained that the board would be derelict in it's duties not to have plan b, plan c, etc should there be a partner/funding issues. So I hold hope that if Timeone's issues are critical then Tony will pull the pin, keep the cash and work some short term funding until "plan b" is nailed down. I don't believe it will come to this however and what we are going through is just another frustrating hurdle for a junior.
