It's just that I also believe that hotcopper can also be a representation of the whole society. It has been working for me when trading shares. People here will start to ridicule a poster who post a slight doubt about the rally when it is at the top of the trend.
I agree with you Malaga, as with shares, there will be properties that will come down hard, there will be properties that recovers quickly etc. A lot of house that my friends bought during the first home buyers boost in 2009 is still way above their buy prices.
