That announcement appears to be a shot across the bow for Hanlong and in particular the Cameroon Government to push things along and make a decision in the proposed time frame because that April 27th deadline was a date agreed between Sundance and Hanlong and doesn't appear to have anything to do with an expected decision date from Cameroon
