This is a very concerning development for the people of Australia.

I just hope all you Abbott, Gillard & Bob Brown lovers out there can see clearly now.

One could only hope that Malcolm Turnbull becomes the Liberals leader and return to his Halcyon Years as a Barrister representing Peter Wright in the SpyCatcher chase. Turnbull is a member of the Australian Republican Movement too.

The downside is he used to work for GS and the ALP would go to town with that.

If any of you want to put a halt to this nonsense. Request a Bill of Rights that ensures a Right to Freedom of Speech.

Otherwise it is futile to even emit carbon over unless you want a referendum in 6 states that has a 4 in 32 chance of being passed into law. A Buckleys or none hope of any Government ever putting to the people to decide anyway, and about as much hope of the likes of Clive Palmer building Cotton Gins in former Soviet STAN States with his mates in the Queensland Nationals.
