Thanks for the investment advice Buddy i will take it on board. I have put plenty into this and made a decision some time ago that i would not make any further investments into PLV - if it flies great if not at least i will have something left. There are many scenarios that could unfold and i offer ifs and buts as do you and many others when we speculate about the future success or failure of plv or the general economy etc. Isnt this forum about people exchanging ideas and opinions (ifs and buts)? Are all your posts fact without any opinion offered?

Yes many unexpected things have happened in my life but none that have delayed payments of circa $30m how about you? All i am saying is if personal reasons for one person in Timeone delay payment then we are really at the mercy of these guys. I never speculated that they wouldnt return etc and really hope they do. Doesnt it worry you that one person if this is even the case triggers a stop in the tranche 4 payment? Hey i understand if the MD is adducted by pirates while yachting or resigns but this doesn’t appear to be the case.

The better the SP the more we see a reduced risk of a TO attempt IMO. Its fair to say a TO attempt would be a lot easier at 5c as opposed to 50c. A strong SP offers more than just shareholder satisfaction.
