It could past 0.7 after oakajee's new plan, after that it can go either way. Personally I think it will look for a lower support, because big players need more chips, possible cost blowout, possible further delay etc. If we pass all those hurdles then the focus will be their true operating cost, I think that is why Scott gave a 0.71 forecast.
