The actual costs of redlight systems in the US are now fairly well known, and it is quite clear that Transol is charging less than cost for virtually all their current contracts. This is a very high-risk strategy, which is critically dependent on achieving a high growth into business which can actually make money. So far, the strategy simply is not working.
