Just found out the SXG deal was for the whole of Barlee not just ML77. That doesn't sound so hot anymore.

So BCN would be left with no ground at Barlee and therefore no major project. What would BCN then be worth? Almost zilch IMO.

Plus the last CR that SXG did raised just $1.4m where would they get money to then mine and truck the ore to their plant, oh that's right they don't have a plant.

SO ASK THE QUESTION
Where would they get the funds from to build the plant they have been talking about for the last many years? Will this plant actually ever get built?

I have a VERY strong feeling that the 3 amigos are now starting to show their hand here, if they are the ones opening this up at this time then they should have leveled with S/H's at the beginning and spelt out in financial terms their take on a deal with SXG, and also as important the timelines.

Maybe they didn't want to do this as it didn't look at all beneficial to BCN holders as BCN would basically just be a shell/shelf company after this.

Maybe also they didn't want to highlight the deal/cut for themselves with a sale of the whole of Barlee to SXG
