those magnificent algo programs decide what price they want to close ERA and every other stock at, not too many human traders left in the market.
p.s. i used to hold, but sold out at a large loss when they were closer to $2. And i'm still too gun shy to buy back in at $1.20. Seems like it just went up 6 cents the last few minutes too.
