Hi (stricker)
Your figures.
At 16,666 tonnes per month at $120 per tonne,=$2,000,000 revenue per month.
What about cost of producing?
Cost per tonne will be at least $50-60 per tonne I believe.
Back to $1,000,000 per month.
My post to you on 28/02/12 about selling price in India to the domestic market.
JSW report said 62.5%Fe iron ore to drop to $60 to $67 per tonne.
I believe NSL iron ore after beneficiation comes in at around 58%Fe.Points to a lower price for NSL iron ore.
Even at 62.5%Fe price, that cuts NSL revenue in half again from $1 million per month to $500,000 per month.
That is after your figure of $2,000,000 per month.
When they raise the cash for the wet processing beneficiation plant, that will raise the cost of producing even higher.
Did you call NSL about the Domestic iron ore price they quoted you and the report price from India that I posted to you?
Regards
Westcott.
