Not sure if this guy is just playing devil's advocate or has an agenda - but might be just a single voice that likes to conflict with the Govt's efforts to create an environment establishing itself as one that invites foreign investment.

This is when the official Govt comments sound like they are working hard to work towards a country that welcomes and is supportive of foreign investment, including mining.

From the recent news articles, the Govt's comments sound very favorable - people may be giving this guy a little bit too much credit when it comes to people actually listening to him and/or acting on his advice.
