Completely agree.
Market sentiment + Europe + China + overhang from the xen holders all contributing factors.
The only thing I would add is that the board should be doing more to get buy in from the institutions, to mop up the overhang once and for all. Looking at the trades it is like a game of cat and mouse, the big buyers aren't declaring their hand just yet.
