The problem is all in their revised production forecasts imo. The market is not willing to wait the 6 to 9 months until better figures are in the offing. In the meantime money will go elsewhere.
SAR to produce 115k at A$940. A company like NGF is slating 150k at A$970 and their enterprise value is less than half of what SAR is. Granted SAR will be ramping up to more impressive figures in the years to come and also that the stuffing has by and large already been knocked out of the SAR share price at 60c but I do not expect a huge rebound in the share price from here, but it is obviously still somewhat dependent on what the gold price does.
