Not everybody gets it right all the time. Even the Shareholder action group had problems. I think they're proposal didn't get up, not because of the idea itself, but because the proposal was amateurish and unprofessional.
I have been receiving spam from SMSL groups recently and the only source that group could have discovered my email address was from the unprofessional way the action group sprayed emails around without concealing CC lists.
I think the shareholder gorup scuttled itself.
