Here's what I posted previously on the LNG notice.....it was the best I could come up with.



As per OBL's web site on the 20th Sept 2011 LNG were the top shareholder with 22,983,004 shares held (6.66%).

Now if you factor in the 100,000,000 million shares released in the two recent placements then LNG's 22,983,004 shares becomes a % holding of 5.16%.

Now 750,004 shares sold = .16%

So it appears to me that the notice is correct.

And as the 750,000 shares is some what of a small number for a company such as LNG I can only conclude they wanted to get below the 5% mark.

Why they would want to do that is any ones guess.
