probably just the fact that GBP disclose the name of the buyer provides a bit more transparancy
I always get the sense from TXN that they are reluctant to tell us shareholders anything and what they do is done only because they have to satisfy the ASX disclosure rules..it seems they are reactive rather than proactive in that regard
