fair enuff joe, mark my words tho meehan wont get a cent. i think its just due diligence to include the disputed amount in the budget of sorts, for worst case scenario.

imo the sooner the lawyer fees on this matter drop off, then the better for all.

reminds me of a job i had years ago.. i was a good worker contributed alot.. but one day i had beef with a mgr and i got my marching orders on the spot. i think meehan needs to consider that good work is what the salary is there for, the salary isnt just a right acquired by the mere signing of a contract.

And a dismissal can come about in some cases on just ONE breach on one item alone. its a tough world sometimes but thats how it is?

imagine if meehans ann late 2011 was indoctrinated into policy? it would have perhaps paved way for another 50mill buck ecobulb ann.. and then no follow up cos mgmt 'reserve the right to not provide follow ups'?

we cant have air being blown into the room and then all accountibilites being deemed not required ?
