That sounds like that would be against the law.
Every time I look at PRR I wonder how the price has been kept so low for so long. There hasn't been one bad announcement only positive news but the price keeps on falling.
PS: I'm a long term holder the shares are in the bottom draw so the fluctuations aren't bothering me to much it's just interesting to watch. However would be nice if the price did spike up.
