re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... It is a shame that this company can not get a highly respected board of directors to prove they are genuine and rid themselves of the ugly past which they still carry.
It would be good to see another company take a controlling/strategic interest so they can remove those that have a history of failure. In many instances the price of a share is often related to the quality of the management and in this case the SP is certainly being held back.
The SP at this level allows for a successful partial on market offer for a controlling interest.@ .023 and still leave plenty of leverage for the investor. Although a bit high in comparison to its closing price it would guarantee a success.
Just my thoughts. I was a S/H and got out when shares rallied to .032 recently. Sold to lack of faith/trust of management.
