Market is clearly saying the risk of CCF not getting their stated projection is very very high. Political risk would be only one part of it.

History is littered with companies with sky high projections that don't get within 10% of where they want - a lot of which end up in the corporate graveyard.

Not saying CCF is one of them, but toss a coin to see what happens really.
