The main point though is supply and demand.
Nuclear is getting more expensive as regulations get tougher, Investors won't back enormous capex that tend to blow out, this makes alternatives more attractive.
That said, there are new reactors coming on line, and they will need supply. Some viable projects are oversold, enter opportunity, if your patient, and better still, if the company has over more "trendy" projects to work on in the meantime.
