    Exactly, they will bleed any state dry for revenue.. to replace the cash they blew in a panic a few years ago...

    Tough times ahead for all .. We are all in for the hard times...

    All the wealth is built in houses that people need, which is crazy, easy credit buy buy buy, few dips along the way.

    Either way people need a place to live, but for others to profit to this extent is immoral.

    Prices for a standard house with the cost of living day to day is far too high, unless you earn a high income, not everyone earns a huge amount of money.

    4 reasons why house prices will come down.

    - Over priced houses that are poor quality.
    - Peoples mindsets are slowly changing (don't be a slave to a bank for 25 30 years for that poor quality house)
    - Its happened before it will happen again, us humans never learn from our history.
    - I shook my magic 8 ball and it said "all signs point to yes".

    Why would I want to be a slave to them, when I can spend my disposable income in living my life?

    I'm 30, why would I spend 20 years into my 50's paying back something that's over valued at this point in time.

    I don't think it will be a huge crash, but just a slow decline as people learn that owning a house isn't everything, not being a slave for years and years to a huge corporate bank that always need profit increases.
    (fair enough they do, their a business).

    Probably be 5 years of slow declines to a level where it becomes more affordable and meets up with wages (if wages increase of this time period).

    I don't know this will happen, my guess is as good as the next analyst, there are too many, too much information flowing too much manipulated media.

    I also think commercialism has also played a part in this to some extent.

    I also thought that discussion in that video made sense, too much debt in the system brought it down in 08 and now there is even more.

    More sales are going though maybe because sellers are selling at a lower price into the buyers?
