Wouldn't micro cap companies approaching a successful phase 3 trial attract so much investor attention that they would increase market cap?
If there was no buzz around the drug then no increase in value.
Seems to me like the size of the market cap at phase 3 endpoint is more of a result of drug efficacy than an indicator.
