whilst at times i think malaga is a tad too bullish i do agree this time
been out on the huskings for quite a few months - its not easy to get something decent for under 600-700 (house that is) in decent areas. some not worth 500 imho
i went to one home open this w/e - house was well over the million mark and there was no shortage of lookers. i got there early and there was already a line up of around 6 cars waiting to get inside. and many that ive seen during my walks are not young kids.
quite a few newer areas around perth getting a lot of interest.
people are spending up in perth with rentals becoming out of reach. unless you go out in the sticks and into shitty areas like calista
