we've just entered the pricing period. you would expect the price to go somewhere nearer to the cap raise price. Certainly when the shares are allotted there will be some dumping.
most shareholders are apathetic and take up will be poor even if its well in the money. That said $150m isnt much and it often takes a while for them to give refund cheques back. that and the Company is not in a good space now.
