    Not good for management!

    They have lost the faith of most shareholders.

    I think the new directors will come on board and maybe RMS will have to enter into a new JV or takeover if they want the lease?

    MC is currently $11 Million, their offer was for $4 million for the lease, given that it is not held tightly, RMS could make a move in future with the new directors on board?
