Timber7: I very much respect your posts. And I do agree that having funds going forward will be a GOOD thing!
However, on the other hand, I still believe that it would have been substantially BETTER for everybody involved IF the management would have done the CR at a time (not too, too long ago), when ORD's sp was substantially higher than it was/is just now....
All JIMHO, of course.
