When someone decides to buy a big swag, it sets them off.
It's worth repeating:
- Arrowsmith-1 was drilled decades ago and flowed 4m cfd without any stimulation. It was a vertical drill.
- Arrowsmith-2 is a horizontal drill 25m away and completed already.
-Horizontal drills have a much bigger surface area to extract gas.
-The cores had very good gas shows and good fraccing potential. "Brittle".
-The gas is there AND it flows!
-The expert consultants are confident gas will flow upon fraccing.
-Corybas-1 in the north (AWE) flowed for more than 6 months at +1mcfd from the Kockatea shale. Koackatea is the thickest formation of the 4 formations at about 500metres.
There is a total of about 1000m of shale intersected
-Under the HCSS - oooh potential wetness baby :-) You know, the good stuff.
Fraccing IN 6 WEEKS!
60m market cap. Would it be outrageous for this company to be at 150m by fraccing date?
I don't think so.
I've said this before, 300m market cap in a canter if we fracc successfully.
I'm aiming for 600m, which would be close to a 20 bagger for my initial investment and about 15 for my average position.
Sensational!
