I can't but help think that Moly have been forced into this by the class action. I think it has been plan B to ship to China, but as they aren't getting the support they want at home to build their own facility. They have therefore been forced into doing something by the class action to avoid being sued, and now have no other option than to bow to the Chinese offer.
