Weiss now have 16%, the last 3% bough at @ 0.018 & 0.019 but averaged to 0.018000
either they are
- blocking to invest or
- arbitraging an outcome simialr to some who have accepted
or a better one for themselves
buggered if I know, adn I wish I knew. Perhaps another majority owner does?
